By requesting a quote, scheduling a consultation, or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
DuraCore Industrial provides residential, commercial, and industrial flooring services, including epoxy flooring, polyaspartic coatings, and concrete surface preparation. The scope of work will be clearly outlined and agreed upon before the project begins. Any additional work requested beyond the original agreement may result in adjusted timelines and additional costs.
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. Duracore Industrial reserves the right to pause or decline work if site conditions are unsafe, including structural issues, hazardous materials, restricted access, or other conditions that may pose a risk to workers or property.
Project timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. If delays occur, we will communicate with you promptly and work to reschedule the project as efficiently as possible.
DuraCore Industrial is committed to delivering high-quality workmanship and durable flooring systems. If you have any concerns about completed work, please contact us promptly so we can review and address the issue where appropriate.
Payment terms will be outlined in your project agreement or estimate. Deposits may be required for certain projects, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept approved payment methods as outlined in your invoice or contract.
While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your property during installation, DuraCore Industrial is not responsible for pre-existing damage, concealed structural issues, or site conditions outside of our control that may affect the project.
DuraCore Industrial reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website or upon request.
